Have you ever asked yourself what changed when you were "born again?" You look in the mirror and see the same reflection - your body hasn't changed. In Proverbs 29:17 it says, “where there is no vision the people perish.” The word “vision” in this verse isn’t limited to goals or dreams that the Lord gives us. It specifically is referring to Godly revelation of right and wrong. 

When people don’t know the ways of God, they perish. 

The Living Bible translated this verse as “Where there is ignorance of God, crime runs wild; but what a wonderful thing it is for a nation to know and keep his laws.”
